Machining, stamping, finishing, assembly and inspection all happen inside our own 12,000 m² plant in Ningbo. No sub-contracting means the tolerance on your drawing is the tolerance on your part.

Inspected at four points, documented at every one

  • Incoming material

    Spectrometer check and mill certificate match on every batch of bar, plate and coil before it enters stock.

  • First article

    Full CMM report against the drawing for the first part off every setup. Nothing runs until it passes.

  • In-process

    Operators measure critical features every 30 pieces; SPC charts on features with Cpk requirements.

  • Final inspection

    AQL 1.0 sampling (or your plan), salt-spray and hardness testing where specified, and a signed inspection report in every carton.
