Why buyers work with us

Built for repeat orders, not one-off deals

  • OEM / ODM to your drawing

Send a STEP file, a PDF or a sample. Our engineers return a quote with DFM notes within 48 hours.

  • In-house quality control

CMM, hardness and salt-spray testing on site. Every shipment comes with a dimensional report and material certificate.

  • 15–25 day lead time

Production is scheduled from sample approval. Urgent orders can be expedited on request.

  • Low minimums

MOQ from 100 pieces for machined parts and 500 for stampings. Prototype runs from 5 pieces.

  • Export paperwork handled

EXW, FOB and DDP terms. We prepare commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and HS codes.

  • One engineer, start to finish

The person who quotes your part is the person who follows it through production and shipping.

The factory

12,000 m² plant with 60+ CNC machines

We started in 2006 as a six-person machine shop supplying a single European pump maker. Today 180 people work across two shifts in our own plant, 40 minutes from the port.

Machining, stamping, finishing and assembly are all under one roof, so we control tolerances, lead times and quality rather than coordinating sub-contractors.

Buyers

What purchasing managers say

Three years, forty-odd part numbers, zero line stoppages. Their inspection reports are the ones we show our auditors.

Lukas Brandt

Head of Purchasing, Northwind GmbH

  • “They flagged a tolerance on our drawing that would have doubled the scrap rate, and proposed a fix before quoting. That's a partner, not a vendor.”

Emily Carter · Supply Chain Manager, Contoso Industrial

  • “Samples in two weeks, first container in six. Communication is clear, in English, and always from the same engineer.”

Rafael Souza · Director, Fabrikam Distribuição

FAQ

Questions buyers ask before the first order

What is your minimum order quantity?
From 100 pieces for CNC machined and turned parts, 500 pieces for stampings, and 50 units for assemblies. Prototype runs of 5–20 pieces are quoted separately.
How long does production take?
Typically 15–25 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and finishing. Samples take 7–12 days. Add 25–35 days for sea freight to Europe or North America.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples are charged at cost plus courier and the amount is credited against your first production order.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit by T/T with order, balance against copy of the bill of lading. L/C at sight is accepted for orders above USD 30,000. Repeat customers can apply for net-30 terms.
Which materials and finishes do you offer?
Aluminium 6061 / 7075, carbon and alloy steel, 303 / 304 / 316 stainless, brass and copper. Finishes include anodising, zinc and nickel plating, powder coating, passivation and black oxide, all with material certificates.
Which certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001:2015 for the plant; RoHS and REACH compliance per part; CE marking support for assemblies. We can arrange third-party inspection (SGS, TÜV, BV) before shipment.
